In order to get educators together, we are scheduling a back to school event! DELLTA (Delaware English Language Learners Teachers and Advocates) and Rodel are partnering to host a happy hour! It will be from 5:30-7:30 PM on Wednesday, August 30 at Easy Speak in Milford, DE. Participants will be able to introduce themselves and be social. A portion of the happy hour will be dedicated to discuss the updated ML Fact Sheets and education funding. Light appetizers will be served and each attendee will receive two drink tickets. Additionally, all participants will be entered in a raffle to win a $25 Amazon gift card, courtesy of the American College of Education!
We certainly hope you can make it! You do not have to be a member of DELLTA to join us! Also, please share with your teacher network…. Anyone with an interest in ML students or education funding in our state is welcome to attend!
