Nigel Caplan

Nigel Caplan (Treasurer) is an Associate Professor and Manager of Graduate Programs and Online Learning at the University of Delaware English Language Institute. Nigel teaches undergraduate and graduate ESL classes as well as courses in the MA TESL degree. He coordinates UD's Additional Certification in ESL/Bilingual (ACE) program and has facilitated the English Learner Summer Institute since 2012. Nigel is excited to be part of DELLTA's mission of promoting multilingualism across Delaware!
