On December 20 the DE English Learner Strategic Plan (this is the DRAFT as of 10.31.2016, when the final/official Plan is available, we'll post a link to it) will be released at North Georgetown Elementary School. State officials, community members, and Gov. Carney will be in attendance. It's anticipated that Gov. Carney will also share details on the Governor’s Advisory Council for English Learners.
